21ba4e3570 Internal markup reworking to fix the extraneous whitespace problem in the "tidy generated" web site pages. Essentially replace all ocurrences of <para><screen> with <screen> (and of course the matching closing tags).

0e6ea1cbc5 reworded a bit. make install on debian doesn't fail. The error is 
ignored as it should and make's return value is now 0. This may not be
like this on all systems if the 'make' program is older.

5cce404acf added notes to install ncurses properly on host distro (it's required 
for texinfo to be compiled properly). Added --with-curses to bash's
configure again like previously done. This now functions as a test to
make sure the libraries are setup properly (ie; that symlink created and
such)
