Codechange: Add TypedIndexContainer adapter type
...
This is equivalent in functionality to ReferenceThroughBaseContainer,
except only for the correct index type, instead of any type matching
ConvertibleThroughBase.
The also serves to unambiguously document the index type at the
point of definition of the container.
