Revert "libelf: Add libelf.so.1 symlink into contents" 
This reverts commit 01a8a15a96.

We don't list the versioned SONAME symlink for any shared libraries.

TODO: should we remove libelf-0.189.so from the list as well?  It sounds
like "libz.so.1.2.13" which is not listed too.

binutils-2.40, a new test failure has shown up.

libelf: add a x86 specific test failure 
It's caused by a minor GAS issue, which should be fixed in
binutils-2.40.

Make /bin, /sbin, and /lib symlinks to their counterparts in /usr.
Thanks again for a significant portion of this work goes to Xi, I only
really merged it and made a couple of modifications for my updates. To
LFS 11.x we go!
