Revert "libelf: Add libelf.so.1 symlink into contents"

This reverts commit 01a8a15a96.

We don't list the versioned SONAME symlink for any shared libraries.

TODO: should we remove libelf-0.189.so from the list as well?  It sounds
like "libz.so.1.2.13" which is not listed too.
