3a4594b22c Added a stylesheet and Makefile target that will allow the dynamic creation of a wget-list. 
Stylesheet is modified from jhalfs-2.0.
This will be useful to our current FTP maintainer in dynamically collecting packages.

948bdb9f27 Add a cautionary note to the end of chapter 5. 
Archiving of the temporary tools for future use should take place
before starting chapter 6. Fixes #1879.

9d4c6dc1ed Fix potential corruption of the testsuite tools 
by forcing expect to always use /bin/stty and not /usr/local/bin/stty.
