3a34893e27 Upgrade udev to 143. Remove the testsuite dependencies from appendix C (since there is no udev testsuite anymore). Fixes #2425.

2594b0a146 Add a sed to glibc to fix the constants passed to futex(2) in 32-bit builds. Seems to fix testsuite hangs (the tst-mutex9 process never exits, for instance). 
This change is in upstream git, so this can be reverted once we upgrade glibc.

63f6e21758 Change the bootsripts and udev configuration so the rtc is set by udev upon boot. 
Removed aio device from udev configuration so defaults are used.
