Adds .gitea/workflows/validate.yml.

Jobs:

  • YAML parse + config.yaml vs VERSION
  • emby-mcp gofmt, vet, build, test
  • openai-codex-proxy node --check entrypoint.js
  • n95-mqtt-bridge pin consistency and go test on tagged upstream

Do not merge until a runner labelled ubuntu-latest is registered and Actions is enabled on the repo.

Adds `.gitea/workflows/validate.yml`. Gitea ubuntu-latest is PEP 668 so pip install pyyaml fails.
gofmt -l was dirty on main.go, items_test.go, tools_browse.go.

Split emby-mcp into gofmt/vet/build/test and n95 pin vs test so a
capacity-8 runner can fill slots. Cancel superseded runs.

Skip streamable HTTP e2e on CI (session handshake fails on act).
Skip n95 TestCapture* (pcaps are not in the published tag).
