Summary of Changes

Added -u command-line switch to targen to emit structured JSON progress events during patch generation on stdout.
Supported progress reporting during:
- OFPS seeding phase ("seeding", percentage from 0 to 100).
- OFPS iterative optimization phase ("optimising", percentage from 0 to 100).
- IFARP generation ("generating", percentage from 0 to 100).
- Random / Sobol generation ("generating", percentage from 0 to 100).
- CRT display response delay optimization ("optimising", percentage from 0 to 100).

Emitted events in newline-delimited JSON (NDJSON) format:

{"event": "progress", "stage": "optimising", "percent": 45}

Documented -u option in doc/targen.html and targen usage help.
