  Added support for opening and evaluating existing .ti3 dataset files directly in the CGATS viewer.
  Synchronized wizard target state and patch verification flow.
  Stage 4 colprof Custom Spectrum Browse (#210):
  Added native file picker integration (select_spectrum_file) for custom .sp spectrum files when configuring FWA / OBA compensation (-f).
  3D Gamut Viewer Test Suite (#212):
  Guarded browser globals to allow seamless Node.js test execution in CI and local CLI environments.
  CI Workflow & Cargo Build Script Fixes:
  Resolved macOS Gitea CI build script package fingerprinting error (Could not read repository exclude).
  Added explicit cargo:rerun-if-changed directives in build.rs to optimize build performance and prevent unwanted full-directory scans.
  Isolated CI build environment via XDG_CONFIG_HOME and ensured workspace/git permissions.
