Bump version to 2.1.2-beta

Fix auth detection for Tailscale/reverse proxy URLs
When checking for MA auth on HTTP URLs without a port, the code was defaulting to port 8095 (MA's direct port). This caused auth detection to fail for Tailscale URLs behind a reverse proxy on port 80.
