Merge: per-ABI versionCode override for F-Droid

Required by F-Droid for Flutter apps using --split-per-abi: each
per-ABI APK gets a unique versionCode = base * 10 + abiCode
(armeabi-v7a=1, arm64-v8a=2, x86_64=3).
