Add 2004 display and keypad HAL a19accf6a7 
Vendor Keypad 3.1.1 and LiquidCrystal_I2C for WROOM. 20x4 I2C display
and 5x4 keypad map match src/config.cpp. Stubs keep the S3 link.
Add app_ui screens driven by machine events 51faa0fe59 
Program/step/armed/running/stopped/complete layouts on 20x4. mm:ss uses
a stack buffer. Temp row shows thermo+value or --.
Cut over WROOM main to RTOS UI and stop-safe input
