Bug : Stage 1 : Preconditioning Profile (-c) Browse looks for .ti1/2/3 files instead of .icc / .icm

Resolved in v0.6.3 (commit 2e62e76). Added dedicated select_profile_file command with filter "ICC/ICM & MPP Profiles (*.icc, *.icm, *.mpp)" for Stage 1 Preconditioning Profile (-c) selection.
