Marcel Hibbe 251d41f7fb
replace CallController with CallActivity etc. (WIP)
- delete MagicCallActivity
- replace butterknife with viewbinding for CallActivity

TODO:
- also switch CallNotificationController to Activity
- check if CallActivity and CallNotificationActivity are called correctly
- testing!
