Items come back media: "unknown", identifiers labelled provider_unknown — unusable for follow-up calls (artist_id needs a MusicBrainz string which is present upstream but mislabelled).
Cause
The multi-search projection maps mediaType values case-sensitively (or via a fixed enum list); upstream emits "Artist" (capitalised) which is unmapped → falls back to unknown.
