Pierre Labastie bb9cb3c0d8 [Sysv]: /etc/inittab: respawn sulogin in runlevel 1 ... If run once (as it is now), the only possibility after hitting control-D is to reboot. Note that init treats the S runlevel differently: when the last daemon to be run n runlevel S exits, init switches to the default runlevel.
