Move punctuation/comma into quotes for <xref>s 
We are using American rule for punctuation/comma vs. quotes.  We've
fixed most cases but not <xref>s.

arm64: grub: Update references to BLFS 
Now BLFS documents how to install only the GRUB components missing in
LFS, take the advantage.

Also if efibootmgr is available, it's easier to just run grub-install
w/o the --removable option instead of manually input some nasty
efibootmgr commands.

arm64: Revert "arm64: grub: Apply an upstream change to support generic zboot" 
This reverts commit 0d4f1b4676.

The change is already included in GRUB 2.12, and the file has been
renamed so the sed command is failing.

abc36486d0 Clarified directions in re: UEFI. Tweaked verbiage to make it more 
idiomatic. Clarified meaning of configure options. Made several minor
revisions in program descriptions to improve readability. Added a
little explanatory material. Changed imperative mood to indicative
mood where that was appropriate.

Found out this utility also exists on ARM, so copied "grub-glue-efi
--help" here, which does not mention "ia32" or "amd64".

d730742904 Remove obsolete note about iconv() in Chapter 6 Glibc. 
Minor adjustments to text in the same section.

Add a note about UEFI and Secure Boot to Chapter 8 
"Using GRUB to Set Up the Boot Process".

Add notes about paths for 64-bit systems in 
Chapter 6 "Adjusting the Toolchain".
