98bed7f8bb Add a caution in the gmp section about possible 
"Illegal Instruction" errors if the host is misidentified 
or the libraries are copied to different systems.

5336641115 Update to gmp-6.1.0. 
Clean up Eudev configure options.
Update host requirements to require GCC-4.7 or later.
Clarify that setting and using the LFS variable assumes the bash shell.

73b2841ee1 Remove non-essential static libraries from the installation. Added a new 
section in Chapter 6 Introduction, supressed many static libraries in different
packages, and removed the remaining in the Cleaning Up section.
