74bc5473c3 Fix make-aux-file for lfs-bootscript entities 
now, grep returns two lines. Keep only the first one, and
add a comment in packages;ent so that the first line is the
one we want!

7f5f7e6777 Add conditional entities for package versions 
Those packages only in sysv book should appear after a "<![ %sysv; ["
conditional. But since the entity must always be defined when
profiling (the revision attribute removes text in the output, not
when parsing), there are the same entities with text "not-used"
after "<![ %systemd; [" conditional. Of course, the preceding is
reversed for packages only in the systemd book.

bd90b9b747 Add a conditional entity for sysv/systemd 
This removes the need for versiond, and other xxxd entities. Those
entities will be removed in the next commits.

3443abb60a Add revision attributes to ulink in chapter 11 
The systemd book needs to point to blfs systemd. So change the ulinks
accordingly, and use a revision attribute. No need to use phrase tag.

78b97ceed4 Point Section 11,4 to right version of BLFS 
When we point to BLFS, we need to point to the right version:
sysV or systemd.  That's done with <phrase> and some symlinks on
rivendell.

df732b51c0 Fix lfs-print.css location in index.html <head> 
The template generates ../stylesheets/lfs-print.css, which is
ok for all pages, except index.html. Remove the ../ with a sed
in the Makefile.

no need to mention dhcpcd/dhclient in systemd revision 
systemd-networkd supports DHCP.  If someone prefers dhcpcd/dhclient he
can use systemd-networkd as a temporary tool anyway.

658a5da5fb Now run all the tests in binutils. 
We were removing a failing test, but it is not longer a problem.
Eliminate the instruction that does that.

8a269ec27e Touch up cleanup commands in Chapter 8 
We moved the rm /tools from Chapter 8 to Chapter 7.
Some minor wording changes and file renaming.

02b26317cb Rework cleaning up section of Chapter 7 
Renamed chapter07/stripping.xml to chapter07/cleanup.xml

Removed stripping from the end of Chapter 7.  We suggest a
10 GB or larger partition in Section 2.4 - Creating a New Partition
and the space used before cleaning up is only 3 GB.  Stripping
would free up about 300 MB more, but these files will soon be
overwritten anyway.

Remove /tools here to save about 1 GB.

General reorginization and rewording.

Chapter 8 stripping still needs to be updated after this change.
