d44d29c0ad Added e2fsprogs-exp.xml -- added explanations what the configure 
options do -- we can use --with-root-prefix=/ now (instead of leaving
the varaiable blank).

f43df467de Don't move mklost+found to /sbin anymore - it's not essential, so let's 
keep it in the default location where e2fsprogs install it into

110969fabc Removed the note to link m4 statically outside of chroot. We don't know 
if this is still true with the current Glibc-2.2.4 we're using.
