3879ebc975 In XHTML output, readded the XML declaration 
and changed the media type from text/html to application/xhtml+xml.
Done here to test possibles mirrors issues.

d50ea9dac4 Fixed a breakage that occured from the last commit altering startfile_prefix_spec. Forcing /usr/lib as the search path exposed the need to symlink an additional lib from /tools to /usr/lib, as reported and trouble-shot on IRC.

afa7fb19c5 patcheslist.xsl: Modified to avoid harcoded path into the stylesheets. 
Now the paths in the output script are generated from the &patches-root; entitie sited in general.ent.
