grub: Separate the instruction into multiple <sect2>s
jhalfs reorders the instructions in one <sect2> to pre => configure => make => install, resulting in nonsense: make -j1 install mv -v /etc/bash_completion.d/grub /usr/share/bash-completion/completions make -j1 -C grub-core install make -j1 -C grub-core install Separate the three builds into three <sect2>s to prevent this.
