BUILD-PLAN.md: adds the M11 row (issues 183, 180, 181, 186) above Later/#16; ticket-source line now names milestone id 34; note line points at milestone/m11-print-settings cut from develop@736fd08; issue 16 remains not an M11 exit gate.
README.md: M10 row reflects the shipped state (milestone 32 closed, milestone/m10-studio merged and deleted); new M11 row marked in flight on milestone/m11-print-settings; branch taxonomy names the announced integration branch.
Baseline gate (develop @ 736fd08, x86_64): ICCeryCoreTests 447/0 locally; local UI attach unavailable (TCC automation permission on this host — two Timed out while enabling automation mode failures). Baseline UI evidence retained from Actions run 36856 on the same SHA: ICCeryUITests.xctest 61 executed / 1 skipped / 0 failures; package job green.
