ICCery.xcodeproj is gitignored, so xcodegen is mandatory. The package job will hit the same failure via xcodegen generate in scripts/package-release.sh.
Fix: replace Homebrew for xcodegen with a shared bootstrap script (scripts/ensure-host-tools.sh) that downloads a pinned prebuilt XcodeGen release (2.38.0, Xcode 14-era, macOS 12 compatible) from GitHub releases and installs dmgbuild via pip3. Call it from both jobs in .gitea/workflows/macos.yml.
