Update .github/workflows/macos.yml

ci: add GitHub Actions twin of the Gitea macOS workflow
Copy .gitea/workflows/macos.yml to .github with the github.com deltas: macos-14 (macos-12 is gone), upload-artifact@v4, no private-CA bundle, and gh release upload instead of the Gitea asset script.
