Troubleshooting, FAQ: HTTPS-only Home Assistant stalls the pipeline
Document the device sitting in STREAMING_MICROPHONE with no "Starting STT by
VAD", covering the two causes that share that log: a Home Assistant TLS
certificate that does not cover the LAN address (esp-x509-crt-bundle and
mbedtls handshake signature, plain-HTTP fix) and the on-device VAD
end-of-speech threshold with the looser beta values. Cross-link from "Wake
word is detected but nothing happens" and add a matching FAQ entry.
