Michal ZaniewiczandClaude Opus 4.8 e503d00fd9 Drop API encryption (LAN-only device) ...

Match the sibling Guition project: the native API is now unencrypted. The
encryption block in core.yaml is left commented with the key path, so it is a
one-line change to re-enable. secrets.example.yaml, the README quick-start and
esplog.py updated to match; the key is no longer required anywhere.
