  corrected the 0.2.0 note that miscounted Scan as a custom lambda.
- README: 1.0 status, Documentation section linking the new wiki, updating and
  release-pinning guidance, hero banner.
- Example thin config pins ref: v1.0.0 for reproducible builds.
