Restructures a working single-file config into a core package + a thin user config, and vendors the patched es8311 component so nothing depends on an upstream repo that has gone quiet. - base/core.yaml: always-on core (ES8311 speaker, ES7210 dual mic, micro_wake_word, Assist pipeline, music/announcement mixing, WS2812 ring state machine, buttons, timers + alarm) - components/es8311: vendored fork adding force_master + mclk_multiple, which upstream ESPHome still lacks. Credits and licensing in its README. - docs/HARDWARE.md, skill/: pinout verified against Waveshare's schematic and demo source, with the conflicts between sources left visible - scripts/validate.py, scripts/esplog.py: offline YAML check, API log stream Fixes carried over from the original config: an inverted diag switch stopped the mic on every boot; "mute" set 0 dB (unity) gain instead of muting; a test sound fired on every LED repaint during boot; wake word sensitivity only touched okay_nabu while alexa is primary; the gain slider promised 42 dB against a 37.5 dB ceiling; the API key was hard-coded.
