(svn r3329) - Doc: Some documentation cleanups.
- Add: TracksOverlap() (from the map branch), TrackdirBitsToTrackBits(), DiagdirReachesTrackdirs(), DiagdirReachesTracks(). - Fix: Infinite loop in the pathfinder introduces in r3321.
