- Fetch binary releases dynamically from Gronod/argyllcms at package/build time
- Add scripts/fetch-argyll.mjs and npm run fetch-argyll script
- Remove vendored platform binaries from git and update .gitignore
- Relocate test mocks to src-tauri/argyll/mocks/
- Add missing sidecar check in build.rs
- Configure NSIS installerHooks with hooks.nsh and installMode both
- Update all 6 GitHub/Gitea CI workflows with fetch and hard sidecar verification
- Update README, ROADMAP, and THIRDPARTY-LICENSES documentation
