Summary

Merges development into main bringing in:

  • ci(macos): Headless DMG bundling on Gitea runners (#219).
  • ci: Integrate frontend tests into CI workflows (#215).
  • fix(quality_store): Atomic file writes for verification_history.json (#213).
  • Bumped version to 0.8.4.
