- Add inLibrary field to ProviderMapping for accurate ownership tracking
- Fix podcast provider filtering to use inLibrary field
- Add itunes_podcasts to provider capabilities
- Convert album/artist/podcast detail screens to use optimistic updates
  (button updates immediately, reverts on API failure)
- Remove server-side provider filtering from search
- Add client-side provider filtering for search in-library mode
- Fix episode loading fallback for non-library podcasts
