Root cause: After toggling shuffle, the queue comparison only checked
metadata (length, currentIndex, shuffle state). When the optimistic
update set shuffleEnabled=true with old items, and the server returned
shuffleEnabled=true with reordered items, the comparison showed "no change"
because both had the same shuffle state.
Changes:
- Add item reordering detection by comparing first 3 queue item IDs
- Add 150ms delay after toggle API call to ensure server finishes reordering
- Add debug logging to track reordering detection
Fixes queue display not updating when shuffle is toggled on/off.
