Previously generated a new keystore each build, causing different
signatures. Now uses a persistent keystore stored in GitHub secrets,
allowing in-place APK updates without uninstalling.

Required secrets:
- KEYSTORE_BASE64: Base64-encoded .jks file
- KEYSTORE_PASSWORD: Store password
- KEY_PASSWORD: Key password
- KEY_ALIAS: Key alias
