feat(i18n): add Spanish language support with improved picker UI

- Add complete Spanish translations (app_es.arb)
- Replace cramped SegmentedButton with ListTile + Dialog picker
- Localize player states (Off, Idle, Unavailable, Selected)
- Localize Material You description
- Scales better for multiple languages
- Bump version to 2.3.2-beta+24
