Blocklist and search button is displayed on cards with import issues, but does not blocklist and search.

Button is not displayed on stalled torrents (>1 hour since started and availability <100%)

Availability % varying in unexpected ways from one SSE update to the next (from ~90% to ~180% and back again on multiple torrents)

Blocklist and search on downloads with import issues (admin only feature) worked on release 1.3.0
