Describe the bug
I, developer of OctoPod app, added support for your great plugin. I'm getting reports of users that the plugin is not working. After some analysis I see that these users have version 4.12 installed and https://plugins.octoprint.org/ is not detecting your latest release.

Here is an example: https://github.com/gdombiak/OctoPod/issues/320

I see that in github the latest release is 4.12 though master has 4.13.1. Not sure if this is a matter of creating the release and be done.

To Reproduce
Users that have 4.12 installed report that asking OctoPrint to find new updates is not finding version 4.13.1.

Expected behavior
OctoPrint should be able to find release 4.13.1
